Tonight's meet is against Ashborough at HOME.  Please have swimmer's at the pool by 5:30 to warm-up.  The list of point swimmers is attached and can be found here.  Remember, if you are not swimming for points, you should be swimming freestyle and backstroke for exhibition so we can get your times!

For tonight's meet against Longpoint, please have all swimmers at the pool by 6:00 pm.  To see if your child is swimming for points, please click here.  All other swimmers please come and support the team and work on improving your time in the exhibition heats.  These exhibition heats are good practice for the swimmers to get used to swimming in a more competitive environment.  All volunteers should check in with Autumn once they are at the pool.

Tonight is our first HOME meet of the season.  Everyone come out and support the team and have fun.  As usual, we want ALL swimmers to come and swim exhibition for freestyle and backstroke.  Encourage your child to get their time and work all season to improve this.  All swimmers need to be at the main pool by 5:30 pm RAIN OR SHINE.  Kim Shellnut will keep everyone posted if the weather is bad via email.
